Media Account Manager
Summary of Role
Our Media team needs an Account Manager to help manage and deliver client’s campaigns across broadcast, print and digital channels. As well as provide excellent client service at all times, building relationships with internal departments and external partners.
Some areas of responsibility:
- Work alongside the Client Services team, where appropriate, to support on media campaign costings, technical and digital ideas, proposals and project delivery, maintaining good communication both to the client and internal stakeholders
- Be responsible for successful interpretation of client brief into great creative and technical solutions, then successfully present creative output, ensuring senior sign off
- Manage updated WIPs and status reports internally and externally
- Ongoing book management against budgets and delivery of client billing, including proactively reporting account status to Director of Channel Strategy, as appropriate, on a regular basis
- Manage budgets ensuring work is delivered within budget and on time, using Synergist to inform planning
