Account Director
Summary of role
We are looking for a new Account Director to join us at IMA-HOME. Passionate, focused, a self-starter and communicator, you will manage and inspire high performing teams across your accounts, responsible for developing and building successful partnerships with a set of UK and global clients.
You will be a key player for us, driving profitability, growth and client satisfaction. You will be IMA-HOME's voice within our client’s company, and the voice of our client within IMA-HOME.
Some areas of responsibility:
- Developing and maintaining client partnerships at senior level, delivering high quality service and agency opportunities.
- Financial budgeting and control of aligned budgets, income status and forecasting.
- Winning and developing new business. Pitching and presenting, delivering workshops.
- Team management - recruitment, assessment, development.
