We’re looking for a Hospitality Coordinator who’ll make sure everyone at IMA-HOME feels right at home. Organised, friendly and with plenty of experience working in a customer service role, you’ll plan, prepare and serve hospitality within our Leeds office. Day to day, you’ll manage and run our internal café as well as collaborating to put together meetings and events. All meaning you’ll play an integral part in our facilities team.
Some areas of responsibility:
Manage and run our internal café, facilitating and delivering an appropriate range of food and drink to meet the needs of employees and visitors.
Take deliveries from suppliers and provide feedback.
Assist with events as required, liaising with external providers when necessary.
Undertake administrative functions and maintain accurate records.
