Account Director

We are looking for a new Account Director to join us at IMA. Passionate, focused, a self-starter and communicator, you will manage and inspire high performing teams across your accounts, responsible for developing and building successful partnerships with a set of UK and global clients.

You will be a key player for us, driving profitability, growth and client satisfaction. You will be IMA’s voice within our client’s company, and the voice of our client within IMA.

Some areas of responsibility:

  • Developing and maintaining client partnerships at senior level, delivering high quality service and agency opportunities.
  • Financial budgeting and control of aligned budgets, income status and forecasting.
  • Winning and developing new business. Pitching and presenting, delivering workshops.
  • Team management - recruitment, assessment, development.
